Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. We have free delivery on all orders of 12 carry packs or more to capital city metropolitan areas in QLD, NSW, ACT, SA, and VIC. All other areas please contact us for a delivery estimate. Delivery charge may apply. *Due to freight costs we are unable to supply to NT, WA and TAS.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Delivery is between 3-5 working days depending on location.

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. A minimum of 12 carry packs for free delivery. Orders of below 12 carry packs are available for pick up from our Brisbane factory or delivery can be arranged at cost. Please call our consultant to discuss your order. Minimum orders of 12 carry packs can be made up of mixed combination of 6 carry packs of each product.

Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Sorry, we don’t accept returns. To satisfy food safety requirements and to guarantee the quality of the products we supply to you, we are unable to accept returns, please order carefully.

Q. When do we have to pay?
A. Payment is required prior to shipping. Schools and approved organisations can pay 28 days from delivery (subject to credit approval).

Q. What ingredients are in your chocolates?
A. You can find a full list of ingredients and allergens here.

Q. What profits can I expect to make?
A. For the Classic $2.50 range profit is $31.25 per carry pack, please click here (add link) for all product profits.

Q. Can I sell the chocolates for more than the RRP listed?
A. There are no restrictions on RRP.

Q. Can I buy Crest Chocolates in the supermarket?
A. No. Crest fundraising chocolates are not available in retail stores.
